Triston Cowan

Triston Cowan is the Principal Broker®️ and Owner of Cowan Realty Group. He strives to provide every client with a fun and easy experience when it comes to buying or selling real estate. Treating clients like family is Triston’s goal. He was voted one of the Top 5 Realtors in Rankin County in 2023 and 2024 by Hometown Rankin Magazine, and he was also awarded one of Hometown Rankin’s Top 40 Under 40.

Triston is a graduate of Simpson County Academy, after which he attended Hinds Community College, where he played baseball and was a member of the Region 23 baseball championship team. He is married to his wife, Haley, and they have a little boy named Jaxon and a boxer named Zeke. When Triston isn’t helping his clients find their dream homes, he is usually at home playing ball with Jaxon.
